The role of online interactive tools in enhancing online written interaction for upper secondary students.
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global education system, necessitating a shift to remote teaching and learning, which is also known as distance computer based learning, taking a form of instruction using ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and the Internet. The notion of online written interaction can be overall stated as the method which implies the employing of software and web tools in particular in the form of user interface text in the online environment.
