Вінницька область у світлі адміністративно-територіальної реформи 2020 року

Abstract

Публікація присвячена актуальному питанню організації адміністративно-територіального устрою Вінницької області в умовах його державного реформування. Коротко описані історичні аспекти формування адміністративно-територіального устрою області на різних етапах територіального становлення. Проаналізовано основні здобутки нового адміністративно-територіального устрою України й Вінниччини. Визначено основні нагальні проблеми, які зумовлені реформуванням місцевого самоврядування й територіальної організації влади на рівні області в процесі децентралізації.

The publication is devoted to the topical issue of the organization of the administrative-territorial structure of Vinnytsia region in the conditions of its state reform. The historical aspects of the formation of the administrative-territorial structure of the region at different stages of territorial formation are briefly described. The main achievements of the new administrative-territorial system of Ukraine and Vinnytsia region are analyzed. The main urgent problems caused by the reform of local self-government and territorial organization of power at the oblast level in the process of decentralization have been identified.
