Цілі та підходи до формування англомовної професійно орієнтованої компетентності в діалогічному мовленні в майбутніх менеджерів з адміністративної діяльності на основі діалогу-розпитування
Abstract
У статті запропоновано розглянути цілі та підходи формування англомовної професійно орієнтованої компетентності в діалогічному мовленні в аспекті навчання майбутніх менеджерів з адміністративної діяльності. Обгрунтовано, що формування англомовної професійно орієнтованої компетентності в діалогічному мовленні в майбутніх менеджерів із адміністративної діяльності відбувається на основі трьох підходів – ситуативно-комунікативного, компетентісного та професійно орієнтованого за допомогою визначених цілей навчання. An indispensable part of teaching is the definition of goals and approaches. According to the ESP Curriculum, teaching of foreign languages pursues the following goals: practical, educational, developing and professionally oriented. These goals require specifying in terms of teaching administrative managers. The article aims to define the goals and approaches to building English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction of administrative managers on the basis of dialogue-questioning; to clarify the concept of "competence" accepted in the framework of this research; to distinguish the requirements for the professional training of future administrative managers. Training and development of English professionally oriented competence is built around the following goals: practical, educational, developing and professionally oriented. The practical goal implies development of English professionally oriented competence and the ability to use the acquired knowledge and skills in future professional communication. The educational purpose of learning is realized through the system of the student's personal attitude to the culture of communication. The developing goal of training involves enhancing motivation of future administrative managers to acquire professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction and, what is extremely important, gain autonomy in future acquisition of English professionally oriented communication. A professionally oriented goal encompasses the development of the ability to speak on professionally oriented topics, making use of dialogue-questioning. Among the approaches to building English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction of future administrative managers important for our methodology are situational-communicative, competent and professionally oriented. This is due to the fact that in the general sense of the approach – a set of methods, methods of considering something, the impact on someone, something [18], and the method of teaching foreign languages is a key category of learning, which defines a strategy for learning and the choice of the method of training, through which this strategy is implemented; the point of view on the essence of how to form foreign language communicative competence. In the article it is proven that the system of training of future administrative managers and formation of English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction requires specification of the teaching process. Therefore, the following goals were represented: practical, educational, developing and professionally oriented. The goals were specified in terms of training of future administrative managers. The content of the concept of "competence" in the methodology of teaching foreign languages was clarified and the requirements for the professional training of future administrative managers were distinguished.
