Компаративістські засади гуманітарно-мовної освіти в Україні

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню компаративістських засад розвитку і трансформації педагогічної мовної освіти до європейських і світових підходів розвитку, використання кращого зарубіжного досвіду вищої освіти, інтеграції в світове співтовариство у відповідь на глобальні виклики сьогодення. Науковий пошук спрямовано на розроблення моделі вдосконалення професійної підготовки вчителя іноземної мови на рівні європейських вимог і стандартів; здійснено перевірку результативності формування готовності майбутніх учителів до професійної діяльності на основі забезпечення комплексу ефективних організаційно-педагогічних умов.

The article is devoted to the study of comparative principles of humanities and language education development and transformation according to European and global educational approaches following the best foreign experience in the sphere of higher education, integration into the world community as a result of modern global challenges. Scientific research is aimed at developing a model for improving the professional training of foreign languages teachers based on the European requirements and standards; testing the effectiveness of future teachers’ readiness for professional activities providing a set of effective organizational and pedagogical conditions. These conditions are: the development of motivation to form professional values that implies the use of interactive technologies; personality-oriented technologies; introduction of dual education; practice-oriented education; support of the creative environment and development of professional reflection. Working on this system contributes to the awareness of the social significance of their own professional activities; positive stable attitude to the profession; value-oriented awareness of continuous professional self-development; forming of professionally significant personal qualities, basic competencies important both for professional development and future professional activities; integrative theoretical training, raising the level of professionally oriented knowledge; practical and operational training, the formation of practical skills; focus on self-analysis and self-assessment of professional self-development; growth on the basis of psychological mechanisms of self-analysis, self-regulation, self-assessment and self-control.
