Хаб як сучасний інноваційний простір: особливості, напрями діяльності, перспективний зарубіжний і вітчизняний досвід

Abstract

У статті досліджено європейський та вітчизняний досвід діяльності хабів як інноваційної структури, окреслено сучасні тенденції їх розвитку, здійснено класифікацію хабів відповідно до характеру цільової аудиторії та провідних напрямів роботи.

The article examines the European and national experience of hubs as an innovative structure that has become relevant in the modern world. Attention is focused on the influence of foreign hubs on the process of forming such hubs in Ukraine. It is noted that they develop activities at leading educational institutions and municipal structures, with the support of the government, the public or business representatives, and focus on meeting the needs and requirements of certain target audiences: students, small and medium businesses, civil society institutions, etc. It should be noted that this issue of organization and operation of hubs in the domestic scientific literature is covered only in fragments. The process of forming hubs in Ukraine is mostly spontaneous, at the same time the influence of European practice on it should be emphasized as natural and decisive. Undoubtedly, taking into account our socio-political, institutional, economic conditions, the world experience needs to be adapted to the Ukrainian reality. The hubs are classified according to the nature of the target audience and the main areas of work, the features of educational, creative, and civil society hubs are determined, multidisciplinarity and the integrated nature of a significant part of them is determined. The functional and spatial features of hubs are also considered, the importance of the relationship between a modern spatial organization and the actual content of practical activities is emphasized. It is substantiated that these new formations provide an opportunity to accelerate the generation and spread of innovations that promote the development of civil society, education, creative industries and business, which are part of the overall positive social change.
