Навчальні ігри у підготовці магістрів освітніх, педагогічних наук
Abstract
У статті розглянуто проблему використання навчальних ігор у професійній підготовці магістрів освітніх, педагогічних наук під час вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Дидактичні системи та педагогічні технології у вищій освіті». Визначено можливості навчальних ігор у професійній підготовці викладачів, які передбачають навчання професійній діяльності в умовних ситуаціях, що імітують різні аспекти людської активності та соціальної взаємодії. Доведено, що навчальні ігри доречно використовувати під час практичних занять для стимулювання здобувачів освіти до активних розумових дій, спрямованих на засвоєння інформації. The article considers the problem of using educational games at professional training of masters of educational, pedagogy sciences when studying educational subject “Didactical systems and pedagogical technologies in higher education”. It is noted that modern world standards in the field of education foresee training of highly qualified competitive specialists. Such requirements define training of instructors who master innovation technologies and modern methods of teaching, are able to plan and organize educational process in accordance with modern requirements of the society and the state, are able to implement modern innovation projects into educational process of higher education institutions. Peculiarities of innovation methods of teaching were characterized which suggest organization of comfortable acmeological educational environment where all the obtainers of higher education actively interact with each other and the instructor, using everyday life and professional situation modelling, educational games and methods that enable them to create situations of search, discrepancies, analysis and self-assessment of their action and which are directed at mutual problem solution. Possibilities of educational games were defined for professional training of masters of educational, pedagogy sciences that foresee training of professional activities under conditional situations that imitate different aspects of human activities and social interaction. Educational games enable to recreate a specific situation, having analized it in direct activities, design ways of actions under conditions of a certain model, to demonstrate an ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve a certain professional problem. Using of educational games “Court at interaction”, “Solving professional issues”, “Choose a card” were considered at the practical classes of the subject “Didactical systems and pedagogy technologies in education”. It is proved that educational games is an interesting and productive kind of game activity which can be used during practical classes for knowledge actualization, for reviewing and revising the knowledge, as a current and contents modular control.
