Характерні особливості дуальної дизайн-освіти в Німеччині
Abstract
У статті проаналізовано особливості сучасної дуальної дизайн-освіти в Німеччині, визначено її переваги, окреслено можливості та механізми імплементації німецького досвіду в дизайн-освіту України. Основними перевагами німецької дуальної дизайн-освіти є: практичне застосування студентами отриманих теоретичних знань, постійне чергування теорії і практики, поступова соціально-професійна адаптація студентів до умов сучасного виробництва, висока мотивація студентів в отриманні знань і одержанні трудових навичок; формування професійної компетентності майбутнього дизайнера та його іміджу як професіонала ще під час навчання у ЗВО. Механізмами імплементації кращих зразків дуальної системи дизайн-освіти в українську практику підготовки майбутніх дизайнерів визначено такі: вивчення закордонного досвіду організації дуальної дизайн-освіти; зміцнення та удосконалення практичної складової освітнього процесу зі збереженням достатнього рівня теоретичної підготовки,підготовка кадрів, які максимально відповідають сучасним вимогам ринку праці та роботодавців; підвищення мотивації студентів до отримання кваліфікації та працевлаштування; підвищення професійної мобільності та конкурентоздатності майбутнього дизайнера на ринку праці; забезпечення взаємозв’язку, узаємопроникнення та взаємовпливу науки, освіти й виробництва, які дозволять вносити якісні зміни в професійну освіту;сприяння адаптації змісту вищої освіти до умов виробництва. The article gives a profound analysis of the main peculiarities of the dual design-education in Germany, determines its advantages, and outlines the possibilities and mechanisms of implementation of the German experience into the system of design-education in Ukraine. Among the main advantages of the German dual design-education there are: practical implementation of the acquired theoretical knowledge; constant interchange of theory and practice; gradual social and professional adaptation of students to the modern production conditions; high degree of students’ motivation for acquiring new knowledge and professional skills; formation of a future designer’s professional competency and image during studying at a higher educational institution. The authors have also identified the following mechanisms for implementation the best examples of the German dual design-education system into the Ukrainian practice of training future designers such as: studying foreign experience in the dual design-education organization; strengthening and improvement the educational process’s practical component while maintaining a sufficient level of personnel theoretical training that best meets modern labor market and employers’ requirements; enhancing students’ motivation for qualification and employment; increase of the future designers’ professional mobility and competitiveness in the labor market; ensuring the interconnection, interpenetration, and interplay of science, education and production that will make qualitative changes in professional training content; facilitating the adaptation of the higher education content to the production conditions.
