Концепція підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

В статті здійснено спробу розробити концепцію підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища закладів вищої освіти, що відображає авторські погляди на сутність, мету та завдання, підходи, принципи, зміст, форми, засоби, методи, технології підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов і спрямована на формування готовності майбутніх учителів до професійної діяльності. Реалізація концепції дослідження охоплює чотири взаємопов’язані концепти: методологічний, теоретичний, методичний і практичний.

An attempt to develop the concept of the future foreign languages teachers’ training in the conditions of the higher education institutions’ information and educational environment has been made. It reflects the author’s views on the essence, purpose, objectives, approaches, principles, content, forms, means, methods, technologies of the future foreign languages teachers’ training and is aimed at the formation of the future teachers’ readiness for professional activities. Implementation of the research concept comprises four interrelated conceptual units: methodological, theoretical, methodical and practical. The methodological concept of training is based on the substantiation of the methodological principles of the future foreign languages teachers’ training in the conditions of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions on the basis of interaction of general scientific approaches and general didactic and specific principles. The theoretical concept is related to the definition of the terminological basis of the research, the justification of the categorical apparatus of the future foreign languages teachers’ training in the conditions of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions, as well as the scientific substantiation of the author’s concept. It defines a system of initial definitions and parameters that reveal an understanding of the essence of the basic research concepts. The technological concept involves the definition of components, criteria and levels of readiness for professional activity; the construction of an integrated system for the future foreign languages teachers’ training in the conditions of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions and creation of a model of the training system. The methodical concept involves the introduction of the proposed innovations, the effectiveness verification of the theoretically grounded scientific regulations and the assessment of the effectiveness of the system of the future foreign languages teachers’ training in the conditions of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions through its experimental verification with the diagnostic tools application.
