Природнича компетентність майбутнього фахівця початкової освіти як складова його професійної підготовки у світлі вимог концепції «Нова українська школа»
Abstract
Реформування освіти в Україні передбачає оновлення змісту професійної підготовки фахівців, здатних до реалізації Концепції «Нова українська школа». У статті порушено проблему формування природничої компетентності студентів вищої школи. Здійснено спробу виокремити різнопланові професійні завдання: на основі природничих знань набуття особистісних цінностей і мотивів поведінки, оволодіння різноманітними сучасними технологіями, активна участь у заходах екологічного спрямування. The reformation of education in Ukraine considers the renovation of the content of the professional teachers’ training capable to realization of «New Ukrainian School» conception. The center of public attention focuses on the professionalism and naturalistic teacher’s competence, acting as an integrated quality of the individual, as precondition for effective professional activity, an integral component of professional and pedagogical competence and the goal of professional self-improvement. The system of professional teacher’s training should be aim not only to the latest knowledge of future specialists in psychology, pedagogy, various techniques, but also to the preparation in their deepening, expansion, integrated use in practice and for the formation of self-education skills, which should become an important teacher’s feature. From the level of formation of the future teacher’s natural competence will depend the success of the social and natural adaptation of the younger generation, the orientation of the schoolchildren on the strategy of regulatory ecological safety and health-saving behavior in the natural environment. During the period of study in higher education establishments it is extremely important to form students not only scientific and natural world outlook, but also to instill a culture – should take place students’ familiarity with the methodological foundations of nature science and methodical teaching tools; acquisition of skills in the economic assessment of natural resources. Formation of students’ natural competence in higher educational establishments is an uninterrupted process of their permanent involvement in environmental activities with the help of experience participating in practical affairs of saving and improvement of the environment, development of environmentally relevant personal qualities, including humaneness, empathy, and thrift on the basis of active learning technologies using. It is very important to stimulate cognitive activity, which is a priority direction in the study of the natural sciences and the basis for the critical thinking development. For future teachers, it's important to be able to find interesting and life-related material, to solve non-standard tasks that involve original or several ways of solving it, the choice of rational research methods, comparison, which will stimulate the future primary education specialist’s development of creative activity, flexibility of thinking. The use of competency, activity, technological approaches in the educational process in modern institutions of higher education provides constant feedback, allows to correct future teacher's methodological and research work to involve them in self-education and self-improvement.
