Структура професійної етики майбутніх медичних сестер.

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано підходи зарубіжних і вітчизняних науковців до визначення структури професійної етики. Особливу увагу зосереджено на вивченні компонентів, критеріїв, показників професійної етики майбутніх медичних сестер. У структурі професійної етики майбутніх медичних сестер виокремлено такі компоненти: мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивний, особистісний, рефлексивний. Зазначено, що мотиваційно-ціннісний компонент професійної етики майбутніх медичних сестер передбачає наявність у фахівця медичного профілю стійкої професійної мотивації та професійно-етичної позиції. Зміст когнітивного компонента професійної етики пов’язується з особливостями професійного спілкування середнього медичного персоналу. Особистісний компонент професійної етики визначається наявністю в майбутніх медичних сестер якостей, що є сукупністю загальних і специфічних для цього типу професійної діяльності психологічних властивостей особистості. Рефлексивний компонент обумовлюєформування критичного ставлення до способів здійснення діяльності, пошук інтуїтивного рішення, застосування ширшого кола засобів, логічне обґрунтування і реалізацію оптимального варіанту розв’язання проблеми.

The article analyses the approaches of foreign and domestic scientists to define the structure of professional ethics. Special attention is paid to study components, criteria and indices of future nurses’ professional ethics. It is stated that the structure of future nurses’ professional ethics has motivational and evaluative, cognitive, personal and reflexive components. It is designated that motivational and evaluative component of future nurses’ professional ethics requires the medical professional to have persistent professional motivation and professional ethical position. It is remarked that the meaning of cognitive component of professional ethics is connected with the peculiarities of paramedical professional communication. Personal component of professional ethics is determined by both general (analytical and constructive type of thinking, emotional and willing stability, resistance to stress, adaptation to stressful conditions and occupational factors, empathy and reflection, psycho physiological activity) and peculiar for the certain kind of professional occupation personal psychological features. Reflexive component determines the formation of critical attitude to the ways of operation, searching for intuitive solution, applying the wide circle of means, logical proving and realization of the optimum variant of solving the problem. The motives and values of nursing profession are considered as the main points of motivational and evaluative component of professional ethics. The knowledge determining the mature of professional ethics cognitive component is defined. Personal professional features of great importance being the part of personal component of professional ethics are characterized. Types of reflexive skills as a compound of freflexive component of professional ethics are analyzed.
