Еволюція неперервної професійної освіти інженерів-будівельників.

Abstract

У статті розв’язується завдання розробки періодизації розвитку неперервної фахової освіти інженерів- будівельників. Проаналізовано наукові дослідження еволюції історії інженерної діяльності та інженерної професії; історії професійної освіти інженерів; історії неперервної професійної освіти дорослих, моделі неперервної освіти, методи і форми професійного навчання впродовж життя. На підставі аналізу наукових досліджень з цих питань виявлено критерії та показники етапів розвитку неперервної професійної освіти інженерів-будівельників.

The focus of this paper is in the area of developing periodization of continuous professional education of construction engineers. The review of related literature has provided the thorough on the history of engineering and the engineering profession. In the article the problem of development of periodization of continuous professional education of construction engineers has been revealed.The history of professional education of ngineers; history of continuing professional education of adults, models of continuing education, methods and forms of vocational training throughout life have been researched. Based on the analysis of scientific research on those issues, the author has identified benchmarks and indicators of development stages of continuous professional education of construction engineers.
